Where available, we monitor certain diversity, equity and inclusion statistics (gender, ethnicity, age, marital status, religion, caring responsibilities and disability, each as provided by candidates on a voluntary basis) both at the outreach/interview stage and for our employee population so that we can see progress with respect to the diverse candidate pools. 

In addition, we seek to promote our diverse talent from within, identifying those that have potential to take on more senior roles and fast-tracking them through exposure to a wide range of business opportunities as well as structured training and development.
