    Dominic Tillyard

    Dominic joined Fidelis from Swiss Re Corporate Solutions where he was an Underwriter in the Political Risk Insurance team. Prior to joining Swiss Re Dominic spent 4 years at Aon where he completed the graduate scheme before working in the Political Risk and Structured Credit team. Since joining Fidelis Dominic has  worked on the development and execution of a number of high profile bespoke insurance products and managing strategic client relationships. Dominic is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurers and holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Manchester.

    Ben Farley

    Ben joined Fidelis in July 2020 as a Marine Underwriter within the Specialty Division.  He had worked at Liberty Specialty Markets since 2012 in a number of roles including Marine Cargo Underwriter and more recently Portfolio Manager for Marine and Aviation.  Ben has a BA in Business Economics from the University of Hertfordshire.

    Hannah Charnaud

    Hannah joined Fidelis in 2018 and has worked across several Bespoke & Specialty Lines of business, as well as Property Reinsurance. Prior to joining Fidelis, Hannah completed the Lloyd’s graduate scheme and holds a BA degree in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Manchester.

  • Richard Coulson

    Rich Coulson joined Fidelis in 2015. With fifteen years of insurance industry experience, including both underwriting and broking, Rich joined Fidelis from RK Harrison, where he was Executive Director of Political Risk, Structured Credit and Surety. His early career was spent at MMC Capital and Marsh, where he focused on structuring alternative risk transfer, and captive solutions. After Marsh, Rich spent three years at Hiscox underwriting the company’s space and satellite and offshore energy books – winning the Hiscox Award for Innovation whilst there, before returning to broking and serving as a partner at JLT, specialising in Credit and Political Risk. Rich was elected a fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Insurers and Chartered Institute of Risk Management eleven years ago and during his career has also won the IRM Award for Risk Analysis excellence and an ABI Young Insurer of the Year award – recognising his work on developing innovative new products within the insurance industry. Rich is a member of the Executive Committee.

  • Simon Crone

    Simon joined Fidelis in 2019 from AmTrust where he was the Chief Underwriting Officer for the Mortgage & Credit division. Simon has over 20 years of experience in insurance in a variety of roles ranging from underwriting to operations to project management. Previously he was at General Electric and Genworth Financial. Simon holds a Masters of Engineering from the University of Cape Town.

  • Nick Cook

    With +12 years of industry experience Nick joined Fidelis in 2016 from RKH Specialty where he was the Divisional Director for the wholesale team in the Political Risk and Structured Credit division. Prior to joining RKH Nick spent 3 years working at Marsh where he worked in Captive Consulting before joining the Political Risk and Structured Credit team. Nick has been an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurers for 7 years.

  • Alice Tyler

    Alice joined Fidelis in March 2021 as a Marine Underwriter within the Specialty Division. Prior to joining Fidelis, she worked at CNA Hardy from 2017 as an Assistant Underwriter in the Cargo Team. She began her insurance career as an account handler and broker at Marsh JLT Specialty within the Specie division. Alice holds an MA in Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Aberdeen.

  • Andrew Davies

    Andrew joined Fidelis in June 2021 as a Marine Underwriter within the Specialty Division.  Andrew had previously worked at MS Amlin for 11 years, eight of which had been in the Marine Hull & War Underwriting team.  Andrew has a BSc in Geography from Swansea University and is ACII qualified.

  • Seán Harty

    Seán joined Fidelis in April 2020. He has over 6 years’ experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. He most recently worked with ffh Management Services (Fairfax company) where he held Reinsurance Technician and Team Leader roles. Seán also completed a 24 week intercompany rotation programme in London with Advent Syndicate in 2017 with the Exposure Management and Casualty Treaty teams. Seán graduated from the University of Limerick in 2013 (BBS degree majoring in Risk Management and Insurance) and holds the Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

  • Gary Redmond

    Gary Redmond joined Fidelis in 2020 from Zurich where he worked in New Business Underwriting dealing primarily with Property & Casualty lines. Prior to this he worked for Aon in their Global Inwards Team where he held a position on their EMEA Board of “Millennials”. He graduated from DIT with a BA in International Business & Chinese Language.

  • Lesley Grace

    Lesley Grace joined Fidelis in 2021 as an Assistant Underwriter. Prior to this Lesley worked as a Captive Underwriter for Willis Towers Watson, and also as an Underwriter for the self-managed captive Leaseplan Insurance. Lesley started her career in 2010 working for RSA in their Claims team, and she also worked as a documentation specialist in the Governance team in FBD Insurance. Lesley has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Limerick (majoring in Risk Management and Insurance), and holds the Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) through the CII.
